Welcome to RM711. These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and RM711 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the RM711 website, mobile applications, and related platforms (collectively, "the Platform" or "the Site").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the RM711 Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

RM711 operates as an online sports betting and live casino platform primarily serving users in Malaysia. Our platform offers sports wagering on competitions including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, the UEFA Champions League, the UFC, and other international sporting events, as well as a full suite of live dealer casino games.

In these Terms, unless context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the RM711 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus credits held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or other wagering market offered by RM711.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback, or non-withdrawable incentive amounts credited to a User's Account by RM711.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required under applicable regulations to confirm a User's identity, age, and source of funds.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the currency used for all transactions on the RM711 Platform.
• "Platform" means the RM711 website located at rm711.cam, together with any associated mobile applications and services.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted under applicable law.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual MYR funds deposited by a User, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

To register and maintain an active Account on the RM711 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.RM711 applies a strict21+ minimum age policy for all betting and casino activities.
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction where online gambling is unlawful or whereRM711 is not authorised to operate.
5. You must not beself-excluded from gambling under anyRM711 self-exclusion programme or any relevant national exclusion register.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, or affiliate of RM711, or an immediate family member of such a person, without prior written consent from RM711 management.
7. You must provide accurate, current, and complete personal information during registration and maintain it as such throughout your use of the Platform.

Each User is permitted to holdone (1) Account only on the RM711 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.

During registration, you are required to provide the following information accurately:

• Full legal name (as per your Malaysian identification card or passport)
• Date of birth (confirming you are aged 21 or above)
• Valid email address
• Malaysian mobile number
• Preferred payment method (e.g., Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, CIMB, DuitNow)
• A secure password of your choosing

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.RM711 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure. You must notify RM711 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, RM711 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

Your use of the Platform is subject to the following conditions:

• You may not use the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful toRM711 or any third party.
• You may not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access the Platform, place bets, or extract data.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security systems.
• You may not exploit any bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform software for personal gain. Any such discovery must be reported to RM711 immediately.
• You acknowledge that gambling outcomes are based on chance and/or skill and that past results do not guarantee future performance.
• You agree to use the Platform solely through the official RM711 website (rm711.cam) and authorised applications — not through third-party proxies or mirror sites.

RM711 supports a comprehensive range of Malaysian payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction.
• The maximum deposit amount is RM30,000 per transaction (subject to payment method limits).
• Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow are processed instantly. FPX and bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes.
• RM711 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the Account holder.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification prior to processing.
• RM711 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for verified Accounts using e-wallets and DuitNow. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1 business day.
• RM711 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests exceding RM10,000, which may extend processing times.
• Funds deposited by a particular payment method should, where possible, be withdrawn to the same method.

RM711 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free bets, and loyalty tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders who meet the applicable eligibility criteria for each promotion.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus wagering requirements must be completed within30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• RM711 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Promotional abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.
• RM711 reserves the right to exclude certain games or bet types from contributing to wagering requirements.

All bets placed on the RM711 Platform are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports markets, live betting, and casino games are published within the relevant sections of the Platform.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by RM711, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• RM711 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including in cases where the Platform suspects the integrity of an event has been compromised.
• In the event of a technical failure during bet placement, RM711 will not be liable for bets not recorded in the system. Bets are only valid when confirmed in your account betting history.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement.
• In-play ("live") bets are subject to delays inherent in live data transmission. RM711 will not be held responsible for differences between the displayed state of play and the actual state at the time the bet is placed.
• Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise fails to produce a valid result, bets will be settled in accordance with RM711's specific sport-by-sport settlement rules.
• RM711 reserves the right to correct any obvious errors in odds ("palpable errors") before or after settlement. Bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the RM711 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances, and referal to relevant authorities:

• Fraud: Any attempt to defraud RM711 or other users through deceptive practices, including chargebacks, payment fraud, or misrepresentation.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or using more than one Account per person, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences across multiple platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion: Coluding with other players in poker or other competitive formats to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering: UsingRM711 to process proceeds of crime or to obscure the origins of funds.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Automated play: Using bots, macros, or scripts to place bets or play casino games automatically.
• Underage access: Accessing the Platform while under the age of 21, or facilitating access by a person under 21.

All content on the RM711 Platform — including but not limited to software, databases, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and the overall "look and feel" of the site — is the exclusive property of RM711 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, transmitted, displayed, performed, published, licensed, reverse-engineered, or sold without the prior written consent of RM711. Your licence to use the Platform as described in these Terms does not include any rights to RM711's intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary for personal, non-commercial use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RM711 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

RM711 does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities;
• Any information displayed on the Platform (including live odds, scores, or event data) is accurate, complete, or current at all times;
• The Platform will be free from viruses or other harmful components.

RM711 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices for all users. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment only and should never be pursued as a means of generating income or as a solution to financial difficulties.

RM711 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts after set duration of play.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders of your session duration and net balance movement.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Requests for permanent self-exclusion will be honoured within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

RM711 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms;
• A User has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Fraudulent, abusive, or irregular activity is detected;
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated;
• A User has breached any applicable law or regulation;
• RM711 is required to do so by a competent authority, court order, or regulatory directive.

Upon closure of an Account for cause, RM711 reserves the right to withold any balance pending investigation. Any balance found to be linked to fraudulent activity will be forfeited. Where no misconduct is found, any remaining Real Money balance will be returned to the Account holder via their most recently verified payment method.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting RM711 customer support via live chat. Any pending bets will be settled normally, and any Real Money balance will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days.

RM711 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, RM711 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date, and may additionally notify Users via email or in-account notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure at any time.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. RM711 recommends reviewing this page whenever you return to the Platform after an extended absence.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including questions regarding their existence, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to RM711's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between you and RM711, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team. RM711 is committed to resolving customer disputes fairly and promptly. The majority of issues can be resolved through our24/7 live chat support channel.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, RM711 will engage in good faith mediation. RM711's decision on all matters relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, and account management shall be final, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
